Hi guys, I was bridging USDT from PLS to ETH two days ago and when clicking claim in transaction history the bridge says “cannot fulfill request”. Although the txn shows it was successful I can’t finish the transaction either receive my tokens.
Can anyone help?

Hey guys, just connected my eth from MetaMask wallet to pulse through pulse bridge. Having a problem converting my eth to wrapped eth though on the pulse bridge platform. Keeps saying “error cannot fulfil request” every time I click send. Anyone know what the problem is?

Hi Huz, I had the same issue in my bridging operation and I sorted it out by clearing cache/cookies and connecting other wallet. The main issue is lack of wallet interaction, thus try to use any other.

There are quite a few things you can do to get this through. Clearing cache and browser history is 1. Disable your VPN is another. Change your RPC (go to chainlist .org). Switch which wallet client you are using. Try a different browser. Google will sometimes prevent certain things, so you might need to disable their firewall in settings → privacy and security-> security → no protection
