I have to share this as a warning to others. Especially those looking for help when using the bridge or any technical issues with Pulsechain. Stay away from Telegram.
My wallet got hacked while trying to bridge. I lost about 2k in ETH, BEAR, PULSE and DAI combined. How did this happen? Good question. I usually just google pulsechain bridge and click on the first link. If the scam site has better SEO than the legit site then we’re all in trouble.
I tried for days looking for a solution or least an explanation including this forum. I came across a post saying Pulse devs are on Telegram and that’s the only way to actually talk to someone. So I joined the Pulsechain (Official Channel) group on Telegram. I posted my question about how my tokens disappeared while bridging and a woman named Natalia responded. Her handle said she was tech support and she told me to DM her the issue in more detail.
She took awhile to respond to my questions but over the next few days we had a back and forth. Ultimately she said it was a node error and sent me to a site that would fix it. I just had to connect my meta mask wallet. The only thing is to connect it requested my passphrase. I know this is a huge red flag so i transferred all of my remaining tokens to my ledger nano X. So I went ahead and connected it. It wouldn’t work though. I tired my pass phrase and another pass phrase I had for another wallet. Nothing. I asked Natalia what the deal was and she said I need to have a balance of 5 ETH for it to work. Not 5 USD worth of STH but 5 actuall ETH tokens. That’s when I gave up. I was being scammed but at least all I had left were a few cents of Shiba in my wallet.
But I made a fatal error. I checked my ledger balance and it went from 30k to 100 bucks. 98% of my portfolio was gone. I thought it was a glitch but I checked the transaction online and sure enough it was sent to another wallet. I accidentally entered in my ledger pass phrase as my metrmask passphrase and they got me.
I’m very devastated by this. Ledger support said there is nothing they can do. I can’ only warn those out there that are looking for online help.

So that’s it for me for crypto and pulse chain. Ledger needs a 2FA when entering a pass phrase. I bought a ledger so this wouldn’t happen and 12 words can compromise my entire portfolio. I know all the explanations but a cold wallet should have some basic security around entering this. And pulse chain tech fucking sucks. A useless FAQ and they create an environment for criminals to easily steal your money. I went to this god forsaken bridge site because Pulsechain.com wasn’t letting me bridge. First I was frustrated and now I’m devastated. Be careful out there.
