Bridge Issue - Cannot Claim USDC from PulseChain to Etherium

Hello PulseChain team,

I bridged USDC from PulseChain to Ethereum on May 8 using this transaction hash:
0xf70c30f85f1c7b490f2487657f7c700d12d10044ef3ca9e77154290e4865a723

The transfer shows success on PulseChain, but when I try to claim on bridge.mypinata.cloud, I get an error: “Cannot fulfill request.” MetaMask also doesn’t connect to the site through desktop, and the transaction doesn’t show up on Etherscan.

Can someone please help me relay or resolve this?
