I sent wETH from Pulsechain 4 days ago to Ethereum. The status says “claim” but when I try to claim it, I get an error that says “Error. Cannot fulfill request”. I am using IM wallet.

did you get this solved? Ive had the same issue. I try and press claim, and it comes up with “error cannot fufill request”

I had the same or "similar" issue when trying to claim my DAI on the Ethereum side. I kept getting the ERROR "cannot fulfil request" I was using IMW and rebooted my pc. NO HELP
Tried to disconnect my IMW and reconnect. Attempted to claim once again. NO HELP
Same error.
Solution: Disconnected my IMW and restored my METAMASK wallet. Connected my META via the PULSECHAIN bridge and successfully CLAIMED my DAI on the Ethereum side.
Make sure if you are using IMW that you are using the latest release. IMW seems buggy at times. I enjoy the swap router and that works great. As far as using it to bridge back over to the ETHEREUM network I prefer METAMASK. Never had an issue when trying to CLAIM my DAI or ETH
