As of today, bridge.pulsechain.com, the official PulseChain Bridge website that hosted the bridge dapp, is now a site with download links to run the bridge frontend locally on your computer as well as IPFS links.
Looks like AV or otherwise is blocking IPFS, which is common.
Could try another browser or computer, or figure out what’s blocking it and if there is an exception you can add for specific IPFS sites you’ve verified and trust.
